A question on taxes: I put all student loans, grants, scholarships, and as taxable income?

Apart from the money I made in my work in 2007, I count all my Student loans, grants and scholarships? If the taxable income? I have my 1098T form. Im sooo confused easily. HELP!

    No loans are not taxable income, as they are repaid. Grants and scholarships are tax prices.

    No loans are not income because they pay back – you do not see at all. Grants and scholarships are only income if they have spent on something other than Ineligible costs – tuition fees are not eligible room and board are.
