I think created a year ago, but only to a repayment agreement and they start automatic payments through my checking account this week. I filed taxes. Thus, a collection agency (Higher Education Services Corporation) is involved, but we opted for a payment plan. TurboTax says my refund from the federal government have been accepted, and should I wait for repayment next week, they could still take? Dank.Ich should add that the collection agency ensures that no application to fix, since I am with my checking account and routing number and we agreed to a payment amount. This is a map of “Rehab payment. Thank you for the replies so far. I tried the 800 number, he said, two outstanding debt, but only provides information on a payment plan I was on state taxes that since I met. The record gives no information on the second agency or corporation, even if I press the button to listen to the recording. . . Odd. .

If you have a legal agreement in general, there is not another (like your refund to overcome), you should have your refund

Call 1-800-304-3107 to see if your reimbursement is provided for compensation. If you have reached one agreement, it is very possible that the flag was taken, but not yet. Most tax professionals advise that this number before filing, to see if the flag is hoisted, and keep you in submission to the appeal. If Sallie Mae has left the flag is done, your refund will be subject to compensation for non-performing Sallie Mae Darlehen.Ob, the IRS treats them as dealing with a tax debt, I can not say. If you owe the IRS and was on a payment plan, the IRS would still capture all refunds or payments, and their application to the remaining amount. If the policy of Sallie Mae, say goodbye to your refund, but at least it will reduce your debt.

Sounds like your refund will be made this year. If the payments as scheduled, by tax next year could be the loan of the state of default and next year will not even be considered. Your refund has been accepted under the first stage, and so check for an interception before each of your refund is – it will probably be intercepted. Just because you said you’re going to start, do not pay, you earned – you said before, remember, if you get the loan, but do not live until then.
