Here are the facts. I booked a cogeneration 7 Bankruptcy and discharge was granted. I will change my Student loan service company in my address and know until my payment is only one of my Student loans was still suspended (both would have been) and the other declared in default by the owner (Chase Bank) and calculate. There was never a late payment or even an invoice was sent to me. They claim they want to do because of insolvency, but it seems strange. Can they really do and how?
. I doubt it, but how these banks is so much to steal our money Allowin, WH0 know Obama, but I would call a lawyer to know.
It is possible that this does not appear as a declaration of bankruptcy, you are a credit risk. Check your original documents for the loan and from there. Years ago my ex was joined a management company debt in order to clarify some old debts, American Express has opened three accounts for him after he filed with the agency debt management, they he cut the cards, they did because it hit the credit report and they do not care about their money, even if all this is paid as agreed. Seems strange, but they did. Bidders Assessment
