Can I pay my student loans enough for medical school and my mortgage?

I intend to attend medical school to become a chiropractor from 2012. The only problem is, I’ve already started my adult life. I am 23 with a full-time job and a mortgage. I do not think I can continue to work full time and studied medicine at the same time. So I do not have much else left, but hope my Student loans can be used to cover my mortgage and utilities as well as my training. Is this possible or should I explore other options?
