Do private school student loans (not federal) are considered as personal income if you pay for rent?

I intend to apply for food stamps SNAP, but I wonder if capital income, I wonder if I should put as many Student loans that I receive (which are not federal but private)? It will affect the price of food stamp eligibility, if funktioniert.Halten private school or federal Student loans impact on food stamp eligibility for money? Thank you, I’ll pay rent for housing off campus, my college has no dormitories on campus, we are forced to live in private apartments
