Has anyone used GE Money for student loans?

I accept the College in the fall and need a loan to finance my studies. I think to go with GE Money to loan 20,000. I have tried all other types of finanical aid and I need a private loan to finance the rest. Has anyone used GE Money for Student loans? Is this a good place to get a credit? So what is a standard interest rate for a Student loan? I’m new to all this.
