I need a lower interest rate on my private student loans guaranteed, who is currently 17%, you know of any company?

I am not eligible for financial assistance in any way, and my original loan was not a federal program, only an unsecured loan from Sallie Mae private. The interest rate is variable and now at 17%, I’m looking for (if possible) a fixed rate as low as I can get a loan for 10k.
