Is it possible to get students loans for university in the US if I am from canada?

I am from Canada and want to go to university of Hawaii for undergard, can you get Student loans because I’ve heard that you can only get them from canadian banks if you are going to school in canada, would I have to do it with a US bank? Also does anyone know how to get healthcare insurance for studying in the us on a visa?
Honestly I’m not sure, but the best thing to do is talk to a US bank about if you can apply for financial aid as a visa holder. They will be able to tell you. You’d have to get a US bank account at the very least. I’d check your Canadian banks first however, as they are more likely to give you the money.
You are still eligible for some scholarships if that helps.
I think you can get it, or better you approach some legal advisor.
