Is there anyway to get student loans or grants to pay for home study courses or online classes???

I need to find out how and where to get help paying for courses,tools and supplies. Is there any help to be had that I DONT have to pay for???

If you are enrolled in a college that offers on-line courses, financial aid should help. Although, financial aid is for the needy only. Meaning, if you are poor.
Many colleges also have student loans available to their students. But student loans need to be pay back.
