Our refund was due from the Ministry of Education, served by a student loan for my husband. What can I do?

I know I can complete Form 8379 “injured spouse”, but I can e-mail the file?? I live in the state of Virginia. This is the first time this happends so I do not know what to do. Thank you for your help!
You can file a 8379 to try to save your share of the refund. You must mail.de in the form will still be a problem until the student loan is paid. You should work with the lender to repay the loan, if it happens every year.
