Questions about the federal loan services to students?

I received the award letter from school, I’ll plan. He listed 3500 in low-interest loans from the federal government, which means that the govt pays the interest and 6,000 in unsubsidized loan, I have to pay interest either. But after the buzz and what that means I am eligible for unsubsidized loans. Unused appropriations for subsidized loans based? What are the qualifications?
Each student or graduate student can obtain a student loan. Only need, students can receive low interest loans. Each student, regardless of financial status or credit can be an unsubsidized loan. Loas students are not ready credit so that your credit score is not important.
