Re-payment of student loans. . . consolidation? Help!?

I have to start paying back my Student loans soon. I realized that the payments are going to be OUTRAGEOUS. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good consolidation companies? Or any ideas for lowering a monthly payment?
If you have federal student loans there are several different payment plans available for you to choose. An extended repayment plan might lower your monthly payment, but keep in mind this would increase the total amount of interest you pay over the life of your loan.

Hello how are you? Well you definitely have a few different options and as mentioned above if you lower the monthly payments you will extend your loan repayment times.
