The best online school to get the most cash back for living expenses etc. from student loans?

I have attended Everest University online for 2 years. However I am considering switching schools. I am wondering if anyone knows which one would be the best to get the most money from Student loans for my living expenses.
any ideas on how to get most $$$$$?

Find the school with the cheapest tuition rates, but that also gives a generous allowance for living expenses. Generally, online schools don’t include a lot for living expenses because most indivuals take online classes so that they can go to school around their jobs. . . which means they don’t need a lot for living expenses. The lower the tuition, the higher the refund will be.
