Where to get reliable low-interest loans for students with bad credit?

I am in need of obtaining a Student loan for next semester (Fall 2010), but I still have two loans to students of about $ 10,000. I had recently applied for a credit card, and, unfortunately, has been denied. do after I went to check my credit card, nothing seems wrong with that, he does not see too good. Is there a way, a low-interest Student loans bad credit could find? And if so, where? Thank you to everyone who reads this message, I am desperate.
