Will it CoSign for a loan for a student at the university? Are there credits that had been approved without a co-signer?

I am a student looking for a cosigner is available on a Student loan. However, I do not know anyone with the credit requirements. I wonder if it is a loan that students without co-signer or credit approval. PLS someone help!
